McDonald's in Kehl

A rather average McDonalds branch. Due to Corona, everyone seems to be a bit overwhelmed. Otherwise everything, as far as you can tell in McDrive mode, okay.

Enjoying McDonald's in Germany has never been easier than in this bright establishment. You will find there the good taste of the Big Mac but with the satisfaction of having eaten it across the Rhine and one more story to tell your children.

Customer satisfaction is written in lower case here, ordered food in the drive and only noticed at home that 4 burgers were missing! If it had only been sauces or french fries it wouldn't be so tragic but 2 out of 4 people had no food. When I tried to describe the situation, the lady said on the phone, "Strange, there are no burgers left here!" So I would try to cheat her out of 4 burgers. Well, no common denominator and talked past each other, thanks for nothing !! Tip for the next time, don't try to portray the customer as a liar the next time. That was the third time, so the last time. Thanks!

Nice and competent, except for the language difficulties at the McDrive. For me personally it's not bad, but annoying when you don't have time.

Ordering online via Mc Drive is a very good thing in Corona time, but a bad surprise when I was at home. Lo and behold, there was no promised glass of turquoise in the bag, although it was on the order and on the receipt.

Food is not as it should. So the burger was cold and not fresh ... although it was ordered chocolate frappe, it was caramel and from another order the meat was raw even though it was warm. 3 stars rated it because of pity on it the staff that are too few for so many orders

We had to wait a bit in the drive in, but otherwise everything went perfectly. Because we wanted to test the app too, we ordered it in advance and then just had to pick it up. All special requests were taken into account without any problems. Unfortunately we already had to experience a McDonald's that didn't work so well at first. We can recommend this without reservation!

Actually not a star, because some things were forgotten, but were specified when ordering. Not OK.

I have big vegan ts with double patty. One was old and one was very hot but raw .. there was nothing going on on November 1st, 2020. 3 orders were only on the screen. Thanks for the mess

My beautiful, midnight blue cola glass! Just forget! Otherwise everything is fine. Only a few of the guests were a little off ... But the shop can't do anything about that

This Macdonalds was in a good location close to the road. The sandwich was good and I discovered new sandwiches that I can't find in France.

Moin & Hallo MC Team, I cannot see any hygiene concept in your home. Tables are not cleaned let alone disinfected. I've been here for 15 minutes, people like others to continue using the space without cleaning. I am speaking from outside. I don't feel very well cared for here! No toilet paper. The restaurant was only opened after 9 a.m. (opening time 9 a.m.) order devices had not yet been changed. There was no scrambled eggs, no toast. The exit door was also locked

Compared to Achern, it is less cozy and much more busy (limited). From time to time stressed staff. A little too small despite more seating on the first floor Food quality as usual in the MCD good. Delivery with terminal orders is quick. Update: Since the franchisee responded quickly, I assume that the criticism will be taken seriously. Therefore I upgrade. Top.

Alright, I took Thomas to this establishment, after a "night cycling" outing. He liked it a lot. The 3M: Hand, Mask, Meter are well respected.

Served very slow, several times. Employees who enter the kitchen in plain clothes in contempt of customers, and prepare a sandwich ... Staff not particularly friendly. Choose the many kebabs around!

McDonald's restaurant rather poorly run, even bordering on unsanitary !!! Towels on the floor, uncleaned toilets, condition of the kitchens clearly leaving something to be desired and so on and the best! For a border restaurant this is unacceptable! In addition, the staff always forgot something in the order and when you are not German hello to make you understood !!! This restaurant is to be avoided !!!

Well... It's a Mac'Donalds, but it has vegan products, so that's better than the worse thing it could be

I have visited here only once, it was so good. They have automatic Teller machines. And you have a place to sit outside or inside which two floors. There is a Nice place for kids to play as well. Food is good here.
